1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Firelink Relay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our service is provided "as is" for the purpose of transmitting status notifications from AI agents.

2. Service Usage

Firelink Relay provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) signaling layer. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws.
• Any content sent within notification labels.

3. Subscription & Billing

Free tier users are limited to 50 notifications per month. Pro tier users enjoy unlimited notifications and additional features as defined in the pricing section. Payments are processed via Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Data Privacy & Anonymity

Firelink Relay does not collect, store, or process personal files, conversation logs, or private data from your AI agents. The service is designed to handle anonymous status signals only. We do not sell or monetize user information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Firelink Relay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to notification delays or missed alerts.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior towards our infrastructure.
