1. Core Privacy Principle

Firelink Relay is designed with a "privacy-first" architecture. We do not store, process, or have access to your personal data, files, or the internal content of your AI agent's conversations. Our service acts strictly as a signaling layer between your local AI environment and your notification devices.

2. Information Collection

To provide our services, we collect only the minimum necessary technical information:

• Authentication: Handled by Clerk. We only store a unique identifier to associate your account with your preferences.
• Notification Metadata: When your agent sends a signal, we temporarily store the status type (e.g., "jobDone") and the label you provided to display the alert.
• Billing: Handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

3. Zero Data Persistence

Your AI agent's logic and data remain entirely on your local machine or your own infrastructure. Firelink Relay only receives pre-defined status signals through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We do not record or analyze your workflow patterns.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you configure Webhooks (Discord, Slack), we transmit the notification payload directly to those services. Their respective privacy policies apply to data once it leaves our system.
